AI Without the Hype: Four weeks to make AI do real work for you Even if you’re not technical
- No coding
- On your own files
- Live Q&A with Denis every week (Real Work, Hands-Free)
From €499 · full refund until day 7
A Monday, four weeks from now
This Monday
This Monday
- 07:10
The inbox: 40 new emails. You start answering them one by one.
- 09:30
Two meetings back to back. Then you write up the notes and the actions yourself.
- 11:30
A brief lands from management. It reads well. It isn’t what was asked.
“Every brief I get from management is obviously written by AI.” Reddit · marketing
- 14:00
The client changes one figure. You redo the quote, the deck and the spreadsheet by hand.
- 17:40
One more AI draft to fix before it goes out.
“The editing is invisible labor and the editing is the whole job now.” Reddit · DigitalMarketing
Day 28
- 07:00
Your morning brief: three emails need you, the rest are filed or drafted in your voice. Module 3
- 09:30
The meetings: AI turns the recording into notes and actions. You check the decisions and send them. Module 3
- 11:30
The brief from management: you check it against what was actually asked. Two lines go back, with the reason. Modules 1 and 4
- 14:00
The client changes one figure. You change it once. The document, the deck and the spreadsheet follow. Module 5 · Real Work and Hands-Free
- 16:30
Your AI did the routine. You spent the day on the work only you can do.
This Monday
- 07:10
Friday’s emails. You answer them one by one.
- 09:00
A quote to send. You rebuild it from the last one and hope the prices are current.
- 11:30
A pile of receipts and a spreadsheet.
- 15:00
A customer asks what 30 would cost instead of 25. You work it out by hand.
- 19:00
Still at it.
“I’m mostly looking for something simple that will reliably save me a couple of hours a week right now.” Reddit · smallbusiness
Day 28
- 07:00
Your morning brief: three emails need you. The rest have drafts, in your voice. Module 3
- 09:00
The quote: AI drafts it from the customer’s email and your current price list. You check the lines with money in them, and send. Modules 1 and 4
- 11:30
The receipts: photographed, in a table. The totals come from a formula, not from the chat. AI flagged the two it couldn’t read. Module 1
- 15:00
The customer asks what 30 would cost. Your own calculator answers. No guessing. Module 6 · Real Work and Hands-Free
- 17:00
You close the laptop. Nothing was sent, paid or promised without you.
This Monday
- 07:30
Three clients ask for an update. You write each reply from scratch.
- 10:00
A proposal is due. You start from a blank page again.
- 12:30
The quarter’s invoices and receipts, in three folders.
- 15:00
A client sends your draft back and asks if you ran it past AI.
- 18:30
Still on admin, not on paid work.
Day 28
- 07:30
Your morning brief: three client replies drafted in your voice, waiting for your yes. Module 3
- 10:00
The proposal: AI drafts it from your notes and past proposals. You check the lines with prices. Modules 3 and 5 · Real Work and Hands-Free
- 12:30
The invoices: one table, totals from a formula, the unreadable ones flagged. Module 1
- 15:00
The client’s AI question: you answer with the source. Module 4
- 17:00
Paid work done. The admin ran in the background. Module 7 · Hands-Free
Drag to day 28.
This is what the course builds, on your own work. How much of it runs in your week depends on your tools and, if you’re employed, your employer’s rules.
Sound familiar?
Here’s what changes
Before we built the course, we read 100K+ comments from people learning and using AI. These came up again and again. Tick the ones that are you.
-
“How do you know which 80% you can trust?” “I get that it’s useful for a quick surface level review but you can’t trust it beyond that because of hallucinations and faulty starting information. […] How do you know which 80% you can trust?”
Reddit · a thread on AI at work
A source on every line and checks built in (modules 1 and 4), so the work AI does for you holds up.
-
“[…] they put it on me to figure out how to incorporate AI into my work.” “[…] the powers that be basically have no idea about the technicals of what I do, but they put it on me to figure out how to incorporate AI into my work.”
Reddit · Millennials
Four weeks on your own tasks: understand it, set it up, use it. You’ll know how to hand AI any task.
-
“I honestly can’t keep up with the tempo.” “The pace in AI has increased so much that I sometimes feel like I’m already behind. […] It’s impossible to test everything, but you also don’t want to miss out on something important. I honestly can’t keep up with the tempo.”
Reddit · cscareerquestionsEU
One method that works in any AI tool. The examples change. The skills stay.
-
“[…] anything I say to him moving forward will be scrutinized against AI.” “I realize at this moment that anything I say to him moving forward will be scrutinized against AI. But I keep my professional composure and respond to his AI copypasta.”
Reddit · Accounting
You bring the answer, its source and where AI disagrees, before anyone asks (modules 1 and 4).
-
“ChatGPT is blocked by our IT group on company devices.” “We never, ever, ever put any data into an external AI service like ChatGPT, and anyone discovered to be doing so is terminated (2 so far this year). ChatGPT is blocked by our IT group on company devices.”
Reddit · humanresources
The method works in the AI tool your company allows, with a one-page list of what never goes in (modules 1 and 4).
-
“If you have to check it EVERYTIME then what’s the point?” “If you have to check it EVERYTIME then what’s the point? Software has bugs but once they’re fixed they’re fixed.”
Reddit · Accounting
You check the lines with money, dates and promises, not every line (modules 1 and 4). Checks that run on their own come in module 7, Hands-Free.
-
“[…] pasting AI slop and throwing it at the team […] without really engaging with it.” “They’re basically just pasting AI slop and throwing it at the team (and even senior management) without really engaging with it. There’s no real synthesis, no critical thinking.. just AI half baked ideas and clichés.”
Reddit · BESalary
A quick check for any AI draft that reaches you, before it goes any further (modules 1 and 4).
-
“I’m not technical, so apologies if this sounds like a basic question.” “We run a solar business, and something that would be extremely valuable for us is an AI agent that can read incoming emails, identify quote requests, and create a draft estimate in QuickBooks Online for us to review and send. Does anyone know if something like this exists, or can anyone build it? I’m not technical, so apologies if this sounds like a basic question.”
YouTube · a comment on an AI automation video
No coding. Every click is shown, in the AI tool you already use (module 2). Module 6 builds your own small tool.

-
- Every package
-
Know what AI can and can’t do, the seven kinds of AI mistake, and how to get a result you can trust.
30crumpled receiptsto1table with totals
What you learn
- A five-part brief for anything you repeat
- Four steps that make AI’s work good enough to send
- Sums and sorting done by code, not guessed
- Your own test of 10 real tasks to compare models
You keep a map of your own tasks: what to hand over, what to check, what to keep.
30 crumpled receipts → one table with totals. The ones it can’t read are flagged, not guessed.
90 seconds of thinking aloud → three questions back → a brief, a 120-word email and four figures to check.
One question to three models with search on. Two of the sources don’t exist; the third says something else.
-
Work with AI on your own files and apps, not in a chat window, with only the access it needs.
400badly named invoicesto1table
What you learn
- How much freedom to give: a five-step ladder
- A checklist before you connect any app
- Six common attacks and five rules against them
- Three files that make every job repeat the same way
400 badly named invoices in your Drive → one table, while you’re away from your desk.
A folder of contracts → one table of dates, sums and quotes, each with its page.
Six months of one client’s email → a dated timeline of what we promised → three tasks that wait for your yes.
-
- Every package
By week 2, an assistant that already knows your work.
-
Projects with your context, a searchable memory of your documents, and an assistant for email and a 7 a.m. brief.
on a test inbox
40emailsto3that need you
What you learn
- Everything in files, not chats: one folder per project
- Three layers of context: standing, project, one task
- A second brain your agent keeps, with your edits marked
- A routine that collects and drafts, then waits for you
40 emails → the 3 that need you, the rest filed or drafted.
24 files → a wiki with sources. One answer is built from three documents; a question with no answer gets not in the sources, not a guess.
A 40-minute meeting → decisions, tasks with owners and dates, an email to everyone. One owner is guessed wrong, so each one is confirmed with a person.
-
Research with sources, public data collected by EU and UK rules, maths redone by AI with formulas.
10,000messy rowsto3charts and a clean table
What you learn
- A research brief: question, limits, when it’s enough
- Check each source, and list what was left out
- Every number by code, one checked by hand
- A dashboard with a baseline, a unit and a period
10,000 messy rows → a clean table and three charts. One number checked by hand.
Prices, terms and reviews of five competitors → a table with 30 sources. The check finds two made-up sources and one price from last year.
500 public reviews of a competitor → themes, a bank of word-for-word quotes and a one-page customer portrait.

1briefto3files, one set of facts
What you learn
- Freeze the facts once, then make every format from them
- Small exact edits to a finished deck, before and after
- Your own skill for a job you repeat
- Four checks before it goes: facts, brand, format, quotes
One brief → a document, a 12-slide deck and a spreadsheet. Change a figure once; all three follow.
Your own skill for a monthly client report. The third brief has a field missing, so the skill stops and asks instead of guessing.
A transcript drops one not and the decision means the opposite. So you read a transcript before you sign it.
-
6lines of briefto1working tool
What you learn
- Before code: one flow, four fields, a not-doing list
- Rules for the logic, AI only for the text
- Keys on the server, a copy before anything is deleted
- Tests you run, and an undo you have tried yourself
A six-line brief → a working enquiry form or price calculator, online, with undo.
A short script renames 300 files by one rule: date, client, sum.
A practice app without row protection: one line in the address bar shows other people’s enquiries. Protection on, and access is closed.

Decide which steps run by themselves and which wait for you. Add checks AI runs on its own work, a budget cap and a stop button.
1new enquiryto1reply, sent on its own or after your tap
What you learn
- Map the process, then test if it’s worth automating
- Five tests before it runs for real
- A log of every run and what it cost
- Each exception traced to a cause, an owner and a fix
A new enquiry → research → a drafted reply → sent on its own, or after your tap on Approve.
A voice agent answers a call, asks what is needed and offers a time; the slot appears in the calendar. An odd question goes to a person.
A repair shop’s chat agent: one message → a price from the list, a free slot tomorrow, the part checked in stock. Anything unusual goes to the technician.
-
40policy PDFsto1assistant that cites the page
What you learn
- Each document with an owner, a version and a date
- A test set of 20 questions and six planted faults
- Actions only through a role and a confirmation
- A one-page policy, a handover and access taken back
An assistant on your policy PDFs that cites the page, says not in the documents when it doesn’t know, and shows each role only what it may see.
A PDF hides an instruction to send everything to an address. With wide access the agent follows it; with a role and a confirmation it stops and shows you.
An AI judge rates two answers. Swap their order and the verdict flips: a model checking a model is not a check.
Module 8 at work: the company assistant

Who’s teaching

Denis Moskotov
I’ve run businesses, where a wrong number costs real money. I came to AI at 40+, couldn’t find a course worth finishing, and recorded the one I wanted. A normal working day now starts like this:
- My inbox is sorted by 8:00What needs me, what can wait, and a draft reply to each. I read, fix and send.
- Every call comes with a briefWho they are, what we agreed last time, what’s still open. The notes and next steps are written by the time the call ends.
- My monthly report builds itselfEvery figure is linked to its source, so any of them can be checked before it goes out.
AI does the first draft. I check, decide and sign. In the course, you’ll build the same system for your own work.

The record, 2004 to now
Luxury cars, sold wholesale in large volumes.
Moved into tech. Built a payment system of the Stripe kind: card processing for online businesses. Ran white-label dating products, bought other companies in the same market and managed a team of more than 100 people.
A successful exit: sold the company, then took a couple of years off.
Back to start-ups: an email-marketing service, an affiliate network, software for running affiliate networks, product-cascading software and an ad tracker.
AI for work and business, and teaching it.

Not true: 10,000 happy students.
No reviews yet: the first cohort hasn’t run. When it ends, we publish its numbers here, good and bad: how many joined, how many asked for a refund, and named reviews.
At the end of the course we’ll ask if we may publish your three before-and-after numbers. Your choice.

Company paying? See how it works and get the email for your manager
Getting your company to pay
- Your company pays by card at checkout and gets an invoice in its name, with its VAT number.
- Self-employed? The same invoice; ask your accountant how to treat it.
- For EU teams: Article 4 of the EU AI Act asks organisations that use AI to take measures for their staff’s AI literacy. Any package can be one of those measures. The European Commission says no certificate is needed.
- Several people? The same price per seat, on one invoice: ask on WhatsApp, Telegram or by email.

Subject: Training request: AI Without the Hype (4 weeks, €990, all taxes included)
Hi [name],
I’d like to take a four-week course on using AI properly in my work: research, documents, numbers and routine tasks, on our own files and with our data kept safe. It’s about 7 hours a week for four weeks, starting on [start date], starting on 30 Nov, €990 with all taxes included.
I’ll come back with measured times for three of my tasks, before and after, and a certificate listing the modules I finished.
The company can pay by card at checkout and gets an invoice in its name.

Time and fit · 12
01How much time does it take each week?
About 7 hours: two recorded modules of about 2–3 hours each, plus a live Q&A of about 2 hours (Real Work and Hands-Free). Miss it and the recording is up within 24 hours.
02I’ve started courses before and never finished one. Why would this be different?
It runs on dates, not willpower: in Real Work and Hands-Free, each week ends with a live Q&A on a fixed date. Fall behind? Bring where you’re stuck to the next one.
03What if I fall behind?
Nothing is lost: recordings stay open for six months. Bring where you’re stuck to the weekly live Q&A (Real Work, Hands-Free).
04I already use ChatGPT every day. Is this too basic?
Not if you only use it for prompts: modules 2 to 6 are where you hand over whole tasks. Read the What you learn lines in the programme above. Can you already do those? Skip us.
05My company already gave us AI training. Why would this be different?
This is four weeks on your own tasks (hand over, check, decide), where most training shows what AI can do. It covers the AI work others send you, too. If yours did that, skip us.
06Do I need to be technical?
No. Every install is shown step by step with screenshots, and each term is explained the first time it appears. You’ll see every click.
07What do I need to start?
A computer, one paid AI chat plan (about €20 a month; you may have one already) and one piece of your own work to start with: a reply, a quote or a report. No coding.
08Is the course in English?
Yes. The recordings are in English, with subtitles. The live Q&As are on Saturdays, 10 am UK · 11 am CET. Some tools connect differently outside Europe; we say where.
09Can I do it on a phone or tablet?
You can watch on a phone or laptop, in Kajabi, with subtitles, but the work itself is better on a computer, because you use AI on your own files and apps.
10Are all 8 modules ready? Where do I watch?
Not all at once: modules open on fixed dates, two a week, and you watch them on Kajabi, on a laptop or phone, with subtitles. Each is recorded shortly before it opens, so tools and prices are current.
11Who answers my questions?
In Real Work and Hands-Free: the course chat, and the weekly live Q&A run by Denis, where you bring what you’re stuck on. Clear Desk is recordings only. Access or payment: billing@brainsoverbots.com.
12What happens after the four weeks?
You keep access to the recordings, files and updated chapters for six months from the day the course starts.
AI at your work · 4
13Can an agent send or delete something I didn’t approve?
Only if you set it up to. You choose what runs on its own; every automation gets checks, a budget cap and a stop button (module 7).
14My company only allows its own AI tool, and I can’t install anything. Can I still do the course?
Yes. The checking method (modules 1 and 4) works in your company’s tool. Module 2 needs desktop apps: watch it; live Q&A 1 covers browser tools (Real Work, Hands-Free).
15What if a client or my boss checks my work against ChatGPT?
Answer with sources, not with another chatbot. Module 4 has you keep a list of every claim and where it came from, so the conversation moves from who’s right to what the source says.
16If AI drafts everything, will I forget how to do it myself?
Not if you choose what to keep. Module 1 has you sort tasks into hand over, check and decide. IBM’s study of 8,800 employees (September 2026): 60% said they worry AI is eroding their skills.
Money and packages · 8
17Which package should I choose?
Real Work for live answers, Clear Desk for recordings of modules 1–4, Hands-Free for automations and the company assistant. Compare the packages.
18Can I talk to someone before I buy?
Yes. Ask us: our AI assistant on WhatsApp or Telegram answers at once and passes you to a person, or email a person at support@brainsoverbots.com. Want to see Denis teach first? Watch the free session.
19What happens after I pay?
You get an email with your login and the dates. Module 1 opens on [start date].Module 1 opens on Mon 30 Nov.
20What’s your refund policy?
Full refund until the end of day 7 of the course, any reason, any package; sent within 5 working days, though your bank may take longer. Cancel any time before the start. The full terms.
21Can my employer pay?
Yes. Your company pays by card at checkout and gets an invoice in its name; a manager email is ready.
22Is the price the same for everyone?
Yes. There’s one price list for each currency (euros, pounds, dollars). Everyone paying in that currency pays the price on the page that day: no country discounts, no private deals, no offer on a call.
23Is there a certificate?
Yes, in Real Work and Hands-Free: a certificate of completion that lists the modules you finished. It isn’t an accredited qualification, and we won’t pretend it is.
24It’s all free on YouTube and government courses. Why pay?
You pay for what free courses don’t do: checking AI against your own files and tasks, with a person answering weekly (Real Work and Hands-Free) and a finish line. Good free basics exist, from Anthropic, OpenAI and Elements of AI.
25Can I reserve a place?
Yes. €100 locks today’s price for any package; the rest is due before the course starts. Change your mind before the start, or don’t pay the rest, and the €100 comes back in full.
Tools and data · 3
26Which tools, what do they cost, do you earn from them?
One AI chat plan (Claude Pro or ChatGPT Plus, about €20 a month), plus small optional costs in Hands-Free. Some tool links pay us a commission: they’re marked, and your price never changes.
27Can I use client or company data?
Only within rules you set first: every package covers what never goes into a prompt (module 1: your one-page list). Hands-Free adds which tools train on your data, where it’s stored, and EU and UK rules (module 8). Demos use made-up data.
28Will it be out of date in three months?
It teaches methods, not buttons. Prices, limits and tools are re-checked before every cohort, and changed chapters are re-recorded.
